After living in various countries around the world I found my home in the Netherlands. Sometimes when I miss Korea, I make Korean food and share it with my friends and family here. Then I feel so much better.

I believe the food I make feels like home and decided I want to share my home with more people. So, I started Dosirak and now I deliver my Korean home cooked meals at your home too.

I cook original Korean meals only. For example, the Kimchi I make is according to a long-time family recipe that my mom taught me over the years. Korean food is considered very healthy because of the multitude of vegetables and limited use of oils.

Dosirak is an traditional Korean picknick box homecooked by Korean mothers, nowadays eaten for lunch or dinner. It traditionally comes with a main course, sticky rice and four side dishes.

I hope my meals can contribute to make the famous Korean kitchen better known in The Netherlands and hope you will help me to spread the word.
